• Billing name and address (collected and stored by Stripe — we never see your full card details)
• Subscription status and payment history (held by Stripe)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

• To send you the weekly SpeckyTec newsletter (free subscribers)
• To provide access to the members report library (paid subscribers)

HubSpot (CRM & Email)

6. Cookies

Our website uses the following types of cookies:

• Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe — we never handle card details directly
• Access to subscriber data in HubSpot is restricted to authorised personnel only
• The members library is access-controlled and not indexed by search engines

In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

10. How to Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from the SpeckyTec newsletter at any time by:

Paid subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To request a refund or early cancellation please contact us directly.
