These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SpeckyTec (www.speckytec.com) and any subscription services purchased through the site. By accessing the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About SpeckyTec

SpeckyTec is an independent technology intelligence service. We publish comparison reports and analysis to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer, retailer, or technology brand. We do not accept affiliate payments or sponsored content.

2. Subscription Terms

SpeckyTec offers paid subscriptions giving access to our full report library. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

Monthly plan: $9.99 per month, billed every 30 days.
Annual plan: $89 per year, billed once annually.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SpeckyTec does not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You will receive access to the full library immediately upon successful payment.
Prices are displayed in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges if applicable.

💳 All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are never stored on SpeckyTec servers.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not require notice periods or charge cancellation fees.

You can cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal — accessible from your confirmation email or by contacting hello@speckytec.com.
Upon cancellation, your library access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Monthly subscribers: Access continues to the end of the current 30-day period.
Annual subscribers: Access continues to the end of the current 12-month period.

📅 Cancelling stops future charges immediately. Your access does not stop until the period you have already paid for comes to an end.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward and fair refund policy:

Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
After 7 days, no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.
If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of that period — no pro-rata refund is issued for unused days.
Renewals (second charge onwards) are non-refundable once processed. We recommend cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact hello@speckytec.com with your email address and payment date.

⏰ Not sure of your next billing date? Check your original Stripe payment confirmation email — it shows your renewal date clearly.

5. Access Terms

Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to the SpeckyTec report library. The following conditions apply:

Access is for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute report content.
You may not copy, reproduce, or republish SpeckyTec reports in whole or in part without written permission.
Access is granted to a single user per subscription. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
SpeckyTec reserves the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.

6. Free Newsletter

SpeckyTec offers a free weekly newsletter separate from the paid subscription. Newsletter subscribers are subject to our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.

7. Content Disclaimer

All prices, specifications, and product details in SpeckyTec reports are accurate at the time of publication. Technology markets move quickly — always verify current pricing before making a purchase. SpeckyTec reports are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional or financial advice. SpeckyTec accepts no liability for purchasing decisions made based on our content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SpeckyTec — including reports, analysis, graphics, and site design — is the intellectual property of SpeckyTec. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
